Frequently Asked Questions
What areas do you serve?
I primarily serve the greater Pensacola area and roughly a 25 mile radius. That includes Gulf Breeze, Pensacola Beach, Navarre, Cantonment, Pace, Milton, etc. Just contact me if you are unsure.
Are you licensed to fly a drone?
Yes, I am an FAA Part 107 Certified Remote Pilot, authorized to fly drones for commercial purposes. I verify all airspace regulations around your property before each flight.
How long does a typical shoot take?
It depends on what services you book. Traditional photography for MLS style listings takes about 1 hour, but can increase with larger properties. Aerials, virtual tours, etc., will add additional time.
Do I need to be present?
It’s not a requirement that you be present for the shoot. As long as I am provided access to the property via a lockbox, I will capture all necessary content in its best light.
How soon will I receive the images?
Your polished high-resolution images are typically delivered within 48 hours. These are ready to post to the MLS, Zillow, etc. Additional services like virtual tours and aerials may add an additional day for delivery.
